Treatment Foster Care Open House

We hosted our Treatment Foster Care open house on Wednesday evening. We have had several families come out and a few of them have decided to come on board with our agency. We are looking forward to knowing more about them and how we can support them as Treatment Foster Care parents. If you are interested in becoming a Treatment Foster Care parent, please contact Karen Guilbault at 443-412-5425 or Treatment Foster Care at 410-836-7177.

Learning New Skills

We are looking forward to our kids’ report cards which will be coming soon. We are optimistic that they will do well and continue to thrive.

One of our foster children just got accepted into Cecil college..congrats to him!

Speaking of thriving, we stumbled upon this unique find while browsing websites. There are several online open-learning classes. However, this one was particularly interesting and seems to be pretty user friendly. It is called Skillshare. There are interesting classes ranging from photography to writing to everything in-between.

There is sure to be something of interest to your kids or perhaps you may find classes that you would like to explore together. You both get to learn a new skill while creating a lasting bond. Have you tried the site or any other open-learning sites? We would love to hear about it!

Great News!

This past Thursday, we had a great foster parent support group about behaviors in children with developmental delays. We had a good turnout and are looking forward to our next group. Last week, one of our children went to guardianship.

We are so happy for her and wish her and her family all the best!
